An active contact is a unique person you send one first-step message to in a billing month. Follow-ups to that contact are unlimited and never counted again.

Do I pay extra for mailboxes or warm-up?

No. Every plan includes unlimited mailboxes with automated warm-up and the full anti-spam and deliverability suite.

Is there an AI SDR agent?

No. Relly deliberately ships without an autonomous AI agent. You get the automation, sequencing, enrichment and deliverability stack — your team writes the strategy.

How does partner commission work with these plans?

Every plan carries a recurring commission rate, from 20% on Starter up to 40% on Agency. Partners earn it for as long as the referred account keeps paying.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed up front at a 20% discount.
